Burgundy for Fall

New top - c/o Pink Ice Discount code "HAPATIME" for 15% off til Dec. 25th, New Jordan Leopard Jeans - Nasty Gal, New ring - c/o Lorraine Tyne, Studded bracelet - c/o Furor Moda, Bag - c/o Romwe, Heels - Vince Camuto, Necklace (sent to me in Feb. '12) - c/o LYLIF [sort of similar: 1, 2, 3]

I believe this is just the perfect fall combo. Burgundy (is what I hear to be the color for fall 2012 though Pink Ice calls it "Wine" it's the same color!) + leopard and gold? Yes please! Oh and have you ever had a 100% polyester piece of clothing, usually a blouse? It's amazing because it never really wrinkles! This blouse is 100% polyester but I should warn you - don't get deodorant on it - because it might not come out. The leopard denim is so fun- high waisted and comfy too :) I really couldn't find anywhere with dark leopard denim like these, I think they just have the perfect shade of browns so I had to grab them off asap :)

I just want everyone to know, that although most items I style these days are sent to me by sponsors [c/o], I pick every single item. Everything is my style, 100%. I will not style (or accept it) if it is not.

I also want to say - the last few weeks have been really hard. My emotions have been up and down, and I am dealing with something that I am guessing almost everyone has to go through at least once in their life but wishes they didn't have to. Despite this, last night and this evening were absolutely wonderful.

Hall of Fame is one of my new favorite songs. Love, love love it.

First time ever staying this late to be the first one to comment! Haha. Did you know that Anna Dello Russo (designer collaboration with H&M) has almost the same exact necklace that's selling for like $59? Your's is much more simple and a lot nicer!
Hope you're not getting mean comments from people about the receiving clothing from sponsors. It's kind of lame. People need to just chill.
Also hope that everything is ok? Sounds like things are not going so well. Cheer up hun. You've got many supporters!

Haha yes I'm a costume designer! I'm doing a short film in orange county right now. Anyway, about the haters, I'm glad you just see it differently because I'm sure it's very hurtful. Dang when I was writing that comment, I was first. Guess I had too much to type. Btw, totally understand you on your personal issue. It's going to be really rough for a bit, but hang in there! :)

This look is perfect for fall. I love the wine color, especially for this fall. Paired with leopard print, it's superb. I think hot pink or green could look really good with leopard print too.

I'm sorry you're dealing with something that must be really difficult for you. I hope you're able to take away something positive from the experience however. I know you have loved ones who will be there to support you. I've had to deal with a difficult situation as well. As of 3 weeks ago, my bf of 7 years and I had to start a long distance relationship. We're now 6 hrs apart and after living together and being so close to each other for so long, this is a pretty hard situation. But we can do it. A few years of some hard times, for a lifetime of happiness will be worth it. The time that we do have together now, we fully appreciate it. I remind myself it could always be worse..
