W Concept Equipment signature blouse in XS, GJG denim shorts (in gray), Jeweliq bracelet (styled as a necklace), Prada bag, Aldo booties [similar], Emporio Armani sunglasses [similar]
Not too long ago I styled a chambray top and white denim with brown accessories (bag and shoes) here. This is kind of like a flip on that, with my white blouse and denim shorts with black accessories. Both ways I went with gold not silver, because it just seemed 'better.' But anyways white, black and denim are 3 staples you should always have a lot of variations on if you want your style to have a classy, easy going vibe.
This is actually my very first Equipment top, and I honestly always wondered why Equipment tops were $200 on average. But really, when you touch the material, you will know! It feels really like nothing I've ever touched before. Soft/smooth but not silky and light/flowy but not like chiffon. Etc, etc.
You can see in my second to last photo a security guard walking up behind me. You might not realize it but my sister and I get kicked off property too many times to count. He said we were "loitering" (often we are not given a reason, we just have to leave).... even though it was a public area right next to a busy street... which honestly makes me so mad!! I know he/the security guards are just doing their job (this guy was pretty decent but most of the time they are outright rude and yell at us lol), but I bet if they wanted to they could let me hang out for just a few more minutes so we can do our thing (in which we are obviously [or perhaps it is not so obvious] we aren't hurting anyone or anything). Luckily we were able to grab the perfect amount of photos before he showed up but this is really a major pet peeve since I am very specific about how I like the lighting in my photos and we always have to find the right location! First world problems... huh? ;)
Announcing the winner of the Kiss & Tell giveaway tomorrow, btw, stay tuned!
