Hi Jessica, I just want to say you are very beautiful and you have amazing taste but I just feel like I need to make a complaint about some of your sponsors, specifically romwe. I didn't think ordering from them would be such a nightmare because you often advertise their clothing. I ordered something off their website and when I finally have received it , it was too small. So I contacted their customer service about getting a RMA number and the return address, SARA GAN who replied back saying that I should just give it to a friend as a gift. Not only that was outrageously questionable on their part it was just damn shady. I know this is not your fault but I can't help but feel that you don't really care about your viewers by advertising their website/clothing or whatever because romwe clearly only cares about money and do not care about their customers at all. And I have read countless reviews online about their customer service how awful it is and how they have no intentions of giving you your refund and purposely ignoring their emails. How could you stand by their company? do you really have no idea how they rip off their customers? Or you do know, and just care about getting free clothes from their crappy establishment. I really don't want to put you down I really don't have any intentions of making you feel bad but you should really take the time to know the companies that sponsors you before you advertise them. It just seems really dishonest.
