Hotel Tugu Bali

After staying in the Ubud area during the first part of our Bali trip, we then moved to the Tugu hotel, in the village of Canggu. The Tugu hotel is located right on the beach and a beautiful and historic hotel that was originally there before the town become a bustling little village. When wandering through the resort, you can only imagine what it must have been like years ago when you were the only ones in the secluded spot.

Bali has changed a lot of over the years, and now Canggu is filled with lots of hip restaurants and cafes. Right down the street is Cafe Organics, which has some amazing acai and smoothie options (not to mention total instagram-worthy!). We also had the acai bowls at the resort each morning (we couldn't get enough of them while we were in Bali) and all the food was delicious. In fact, so good, we couldn't help but have a little treat by the pool!
