Happy Fall!! You may have noticed I was little MIA on my blog this month…my sister/photographer  went on vacation to Spain for a couple of weeks so it gave me the chance to take a little break as well! When you work for yourself (and especially being an influencer) it can be especially hard to fully step away from your work because there are no ‘weekends’ or ‘holidays’. Most of the time we work Saturdays and Sundays, and the holidays are often the busiest time of the year–but it also means we don’t dread Mondays! So with my sister gone, it gave us both a good excuse to take a little break 🙂 Butttt it also gave us time to plan some exciting fall trips so keep an eye out next week!! We’ll definitely be doing lots of fall blog posts!

The weather cooled down a bit this week so I was finally able to pull out this cute sweater set, but I hear it’s going to heat up again so can’t quite put away the summer clothes just yet! I wanted to wear sneakers originally but it’s hard when you’re short like me and you wear a high neck piece, usually the combination makes you look even shorter! Luckily I have these mules which are both casual but give me height. There aren’t many shoes out there that can do that! The fact that they’re nude also helps. Steve Madden has a few of different colors in these mules, and since they are suede they are so perfect for fall. They make for a great transition shoe if you’re not quite ready for boots!
