Last year my sister and I went to Woodstock, Vermont and we fell in love with the charming little town, we were so excited to go back this year! We unfortunately came just a little to late to catch the peak foliage in Woodstock but we still loved exploring the area. Caitlin (@cmcoving) and her family were also with us and we had such a fun road trip and slumber party with Caitlin and her pup Winnie (my sister Jasmine also had her dog with her and they were playing non-stop)!
Since we were in Vermont we of course had to go maple syrup and cheese tasting and we found the most delicious cheese and maple farm! Sugarbush Farms in right in Woodstock and you can sample 15 cheeses and 4 kinds of maple syrups for free. All of us stocked up on a bunch of their goodies from their shop and had a little picnic outside with some cheese, crackers, jam and root beer (all made at the farm!). Their jalepeno cheese and jalpeno pepper jelly were two of my favorites and soooo good together! It’s definitely a must-visit if you are road-tripping through Vermont!
While exploring the town I wore this cozy turtleneck sweater and booties outfit. The burnt orange color of this sweater is such a beautiful color for autumn and since it’s cropped it pairs great with high-waisted jeans or a skirt (I love the fit of this Free People skirt) and over the knee boots. This whole outfit is from Lulus which always has the cutest pieces and my favorite brands! They also have an amazing selection of plaid skirts/jackets/etc. right now which can be pretty hard to find since plaid items are sold out almost everywhere!
