It’s FINALLY fall and I’m finally posting a fall post haha! We actually shot this last year in Paris in the Jardin du Luxembourg and the light was so magical. I love this green turtleneck (aren’t the little ruffles on the sleeves cute?) and wanted it to stand out so I paired it with all black. If there is ever a piece in your look that you want to highlight, wear all black or all white with it. I do think it’s classiest to pair a light color with light colors and a dark color with dark colors as well.

I’m so happy that OTK boots have now been in style for over three years and they continue to rock on. My favorite pair from Joie was never restocked but I found a new favorite I’ve featured many times last winter. The main difference between the two is the stiletto heel on the Joie boot is more fancy and my new pair is more casual with a chunky heel. There are like a million different ways to style a great pair of over the knee boots so I hope you guys all have a pair by now 🙂 If not check out these which are great for small calfs like mine (12.5″!!). If you have bigger calves like 14-15″, I found this other amazing pair.

The weather in California is still so warm, it’s insane! This past weekend my sister Chantel visited from San Diego. In honor of her being here, my sisters and I went hiking in Sunol, and it was piping hot haha. Last time I went it was January and lush and cool, but on Saturday it was dry and everything looked dead. 🙁 On Sunday my family went to Monterey and planned on visiting the aquarium since it is normally gloomy and chilly but the sun was shining and there was hardly a breeze! So instead we rented surrey’s and had a blast peddling along the ocean. It seems cheesy but it looked like we had way more fun than the people walking lol.

Also I’m not sure how many of you saw on Instagram already, but I got my eyebrows re-microbladed on Friday! I originally got them done in 2017 and I got a touch up about 6 months later. I definitely felt like it faded, and was in need of a touch up! Check out my “Beauty” highlight on Instagram to see the process and who I went to! I’m now on day 3 and they look the same as day 1. But I know in a few days they are going to start scabbing and then based on my previous healing process they will probably be all healed by day 12. I’m looking forward to it! I honestly can’t stand not washing my face fully (you can’t get them wet til they’re done healing) and I miss working out hard. But having microbladed eyebrows is soooo worth it all and if you want to see the final look once they’re healed then check out my Insta-stories in about a week and a half 🙂
