Asos Top, Flynn Skye Wrap it Up Skirt, Tory Burch Bag, ShoeDazzle Heels [similar], Seiko Watch

I got this skirt about a month ago and I simply loved it but found it hard to match. I wanted to wear it with a navy crop top since I didn't like it with white nor did I want the matching Flynn Sky Crop Top. I chanced upon this gorgeous gray blouse on ASOS without realizing it matched perfectly. I really love this look and hope you guys do too. It's glam but not overstated. It flows well and is lightweight so perfect for the warm weather. I did have to safety pin the front of the skirt at a safe level because it did/can/will undoubtedly fly open at the least opportune moment.

[Also I'm sorry I haven't been posting too much... a lot has been going on. I also seem to have caught a cold so I'm going to try to sleep a lot more this week and drink a lot of water.]

Lovers and Friends Dress in XS, Pour La Victoire Bag, Schutz Naty Heels

Lovers and Friends is one of my favorite labels. I feel like their pieces are sexy but not overwhelmingly so. (I know this looks super short but I have really long legs and long arms so it is a bit deceptive.) I have also had these heels sitting in my closet for a couple weeks so I thought it would be perfect to do a subtle navy monochrome look. 

I hope everyone had a wonderful Father's Day and enjoyed the first day of summer yesterday!

The weather here has been just amazing and I don't want it to ever end.

Isn't this skirt dreamy? I love the elastic waistband and seriously tulle skirts are just too cute. (I did wear a white slip under) My sister told me I looked like a barbie, especially with my proper little bag. Speaking of which I just bought this one at Nordstrom and then I saw online the white version is on sale for half off! Go get it guys!!! I ended up switching out for flip flops a little later and I gotta say, the look still worked! 

TGIF, amirite? :)

This is a fun going out look. I can't decide if I styled the look around the tank or the body chain. Either way, silver, gray, lace and faux leather make a great combo :)

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! My favorite part was seeing Jurassic World! It was really well done :) As for today's look, I decided that after a week of modern and edgy outfits, a sweet, classic style would do nicely! This double lined skirt is a little longer than my normal-above-the-knee-skirts and I think it's a nice change. To not risk becoming top heavy I probably should have put my hair in a soft bun but alas I think I got away with it this time. (I did play around with the shirt buttons in an effort to balance the look as you might have noticed.)

ASOS Top, Sheinside Blue Pants, Bebe Heels, Aldo Clutch

I want to give my sister Irene a big shoutout and say HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! She is turning 20 today!! All of us sisters (I have 3) are now in our 20's!!!

Now let's talk about the fit of these pants. I got them in red too, which you can see in this post. Size M was loose and comfy in the red... but these are M too and they are way too tight. Perhaps you can't tell but I wish I got a L.

I'm trying to update my shoe collection as you are probably tired of seeing a lot of the same shoes over and over on my blog but literally I tried on like 30 pairs of shoes yesterday at the mall and I just am not liking the shoes in season! I don't know what the problem is but I will have to figure it out soon!
