Ok folks, I can't believe it!!!!!
I hit 100 followers much sooner than I expected, so thank you, all of my lovely followers. I don't know how many of you followed in expectation of the contest, but if you didn't know, this post might be a nice surprise!!
It means, if you are chosen randomly, you will get your portrait drawn in pencil/graphite/charcoal, OR you can opt to have your outfit painted in watercolor!! Yes, just like you have seen my paintings and portraits, yours will be beautiful too :)
Here are the rules:
1. Must be a follower of my blog via Google Friend Connect and Bloglovin'! *Note I'm sorry I've changed this part 3 times now, and if you entered the contest before the 17th you're ok with whatever you've already done!
2. You must do a post of my contest on your blog, tumblr or twitter. If you don't have a any of these it is okay, you don't have to do this step.
3. You must be prepared with a photo you want painted/drawn. I will list my requirements for what kind of photos I can work with below.
4. Comment on this post with your email and link to your post (if you have one).
Contest ends Jan. 23! There will be 1 winner chosen and announced Jan. 24!

These drawings are incredible. Wow. I'm just stunned at the accuracy and naturalness. You get everything from the arch in their heeled-feet, to the way their hair falls. How long did these take you? wow what an incredibly thoughtful comment, really i appreciate it so much :) I've been drawing since I was 5, and starting by age 8, having my work featured in galleries, magazines and even won many art contests. I did take art classes, but true, i have felt like I was meant to be an artist :) I just didn't want to have a career in art because everyone always says artists are poor!
