This stunning cobalt coat compliments a semi-dressy look just as well as a totally casual one! It keeps me wonderfully warm too.

I love your cobalt blue coat. It's a perfect combination of girliness and edge. The color is gives it a cool factor, but the ruffles totally give the coat a sweetness to it.
